CAN YOU RECOGNISE ME? I AM DEBARUPA GUPTA ( WHO SENT YOU A CRITICISM OF THE SERIAL SSSHHHH..KOI HAI WITH A COMPUTER PRINT AND A PHOTOGRAPH OF VIKRAAL,LILY AND GABROO). BUT THIS IS A THANKS GIVING LETTER FROM ME! THANK YOU FOR REPEATING SSSHHHH....KOI HAI! PLEASE, PLEASE,PLEASE TRY TO CONTINUE IT 

AND SOON START THE PREVIOUS VIKRAAL SERIES ! BECAUSE WE,BEFORE A FEW DAYS , HAVE ALREADY WATCHED THE SSSHHHH KOI HAI GHOST STORIES IN THE EXTENSION SERIES OF KOI HAI, NAMELY VIKRAAL AUR GABRAAL. AND ALSO THANKS FOR RECIEVING MY LETTER.THOUGH THESE DAYS ARE MUCH MORE PATHETIC FOR US, WE ARE GLAD AT THE SAME TIME. DO YOU KNOW WHY?

TWO YEARS BACK! I AM GOING TO TELL YOU SOMETHING UNIQUE! RELAX, I AM SPEAKING ABOUT THE PREVIOUS VIKRAAL SERIES! CAN YOU REMEMBAR THE YEAR 2002,JULY? I DON'T KNOW HOW MUCH IT IS SIGNIFICANT TO YOU! BUT ANYHOW THIS SPECIFIC TIME HAS BECOME A MEMORABLE PART OF MY LIFE.

EXCUSE ME, PLEASE,

I AM WASTING MUCH OF YOUR VALUABLE TIME!

Perhaps the perfect time has come to discuss the point. First of all I want to thank all the members who worked hard for this 'NEVER SEEN BEFORE' Concept of ssshhhh…KOI HAI stories. And specially I thank ARSHAD SYED and MAHIM JOSHI for their creative Genius. They don't know what they have created for me!

I have already mentioned the time when the ordinary ghost stories of KOI HAI were turned into an unique fairy like series. When Indian audiences were almost bent down and lowered in spirit by the monotony of family dramas, and when ghost stories used to be neglected by most of the average audiences, for their crude horrible effect, the vikraal series By CINEVISTAAS started being aired on FRIDAY, 10:30 (night).(10.00,first).

It has generally been recognized that the love at first sight is never the true love.That is why on the first day I couldn't assume something about the show. The first episode only surprised me. But with the passing of time I fell in love with this serial.

The stories,The characters,The actors and specially the art of presentation almost took away my sleeping pillow. Just in one month I began to love the WICTHY CHARM, SPIRITUALLITY,and ROMANCE presented by the serial! AND SPECIALLY WHICH TOUCHED MY HEART'S CORE WAS THE SWEET And DEEP ROMANCE of LILY and VIKRAAL! Lily's innocent and beautifull expressions and Vikraal's hide and seek nature( though apparently he looks emotionless, mark the episodes like KHAUF NAK KADA, ROTI HUI TASVEER,VIVIA KA JAAL, LILY KI WAPSI, SWAMI ANTARYAMI, DRACULA 2 , SANGHARSH, ANDHURI DUNIA etc)!

I am spellbound still today by them . I don't know what gift of excellence made them so natural and flexible in these characters which almost have become their identity.

Still we call Shonali Malhotra by the name of Lily, and Mamik by the name of Vikraal. Krishnakant Goswami is now only Gabroo to us. When I met him at FUN City (kolkata) ,I was almost (forgetfully) at the point of asking him to fly with the sound 'URON CHOON'! 

But alas ! here ends my passionate days with them. The destruction started secretly. At first, Shonali deserted the serial and then the development of heavenly love episodes shattered. The next two actreses in Lily's role looked and acted worser than an effigy of Lily. I don't know who selected them!

They failed to rebuilt the previous beauty. DEEPIKA SHARMA and NOOPUR Failed to cooperate with Mamik. Suhch a high class action hero needed only an actress like Shonali to cotrast him in a perfect way. And then came salil Ankol And reshma khan, and the new direction style ultimately destroyed the serial.

THE GRANDEUR OF THE SERIES, UNIQUE FUSION OF FANTASY AND REALITY ULTIMATELY KISSED THE DUST. LOVABLE DIALOGUES AND FINEST ANIMATIONS ARE NOW A HISTORY OF KOI HAI. THE SHOW NOW HAS BECOME A WORST KIND OF A CARTOON FILM SEEN BY SOME DULL CHILDREN.

BEING AN ARDENT FAN OF UTTAM SUCHITRA I ALWAYS RANK THEM FIRST, BUT MY ANOTHER CHOICE IS AND WILL BE MY DEAR LILY AND VIKRAAL!

SO PLEASE, DEAR STAR PLUS , CAN YOU DO SOMETHING FOR US? WILL YOU PLEASE REPEAT THE OLD EPISODES ACTED BY SHONALI AND MAMIK?

I ALSO HAVE A REQUEST BEFORE MAHIM JOSHI,

PLEASE, TRY TO COME BACK WITH YOUR CREATIVE GENIUS ,AND RETURN US THE DAYS LOST BEHIND THE SHADOW OF A RUINED HOUSE, NAMELY ,TRIKAAL!
